Zero Model Training Guarantee
Orvantae X provides an unconditional, contractually binding guarantee: customer prompts, chat transcripts, streaming tokens, uploaded file attachments, and vector embeddings are never used to train, fine-tune, or reinforce public or foundation AI models (including Mistral, OpenAI, or proprietary weights). Your data remains strictly your intellectual property.
Information We Collect & Process
- Tenant Organization Profiles: Company name, verified tenant domain prefix (e.g.,
acme.orvantaex.com), and operator administrative credentials. - Hierarchical Documents & Files: Uploaded spreadsheets, PDFs, source code files, and custom directory hierarchies indexed for organizational search.
- AI Streaming & Tool Telemetry: Inference token throughput rates, tool invocation execution logs (e.g.
web_search,knowledge_rag), and WebSocket latency metrics. - RBAC Security Records: Role definitions, user permission assignments, session authentications, and immutable security audit access logs.
PostgreSQL Schema Isolation & Storage Encryption
Tenant data is isolated at the database layer using discrete PostgreSQL schemas and partitioned cloud storage buckets. All documents and vector embeddings are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit via TLS 1.3. Cryptographic search path isolation guarantees that no tenant query can traverse beyond its authorized schema boundary.
GDPR, CCPA & Global AI Compliance Rights
Enterprise organizations retain full sovereignty over their data. Administrators can programmatically trigger full data exports (including JSON chat logs, directory structures, and raw blobs) or execute complete tenant schema deletion (Right to Erasure) at any time via the management dashboard or automated REST APIs.
