These Terms of Service govern your organization's access to the Orvantae X Cloud ERP platform, general ledger reconciliation engines, multi-warehouse inventory mesh, and omnichannel POS APIs.
Software License & Service Scope
Orvantae X grants you a commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our sovereign AI copilot, hierarchical cloud drive, dynamic tool execution router, and PostgreSQL schema-isolated tenant workspace for authorized team members under your active subscription tier.
99.999% High-Availability SLA Commitment
Orvantae X commits to maintaining a 99.999% Service Level Agreement across regional cloud infrastructure, WebSocket streaming endpoints, and database clusters. Dedicated VPC and Sovereign on-premise deployments include custom operational escalation matrices and dedicated support engineering.
Data Sovereignty & Full Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all documents, source code, directory structures, conversational prompts, and AI-generated outputs created within your tenant workspace. Orvantae X does not claim ownership or licensing rights over customer content.
Acceptable Use & Automated AI Safety
Users must comply with acceptable use guidelines, including prohibitions on malicious reverse-engineering, adversarial prompt injection attacks, automated scraping outside authorized APIs, and attempts to breach tenant schema isolation boundaries.
Seat Licensing, Cancellations & Portability
Subscriptions are billed per active user seat on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Workspace owners may adjust seats or cancel at any time. Upon account termination, all tenant directory structures, files, and chat transcripts remain fully exportable in standard formats for 90 days.
